• Seller all money transaction with us would be paid or deposit to their general account at StoreCity. Payment rules are define at firm registration time.
• Seller can collect sold item payment after customer paid order full payment.
• Sold item payment added to seller account after customer receive item and paid amount. Seller Payment mode will be decided by Store City running rules. Cash / Cheque/ Neft / Rtgs / Net Banking / Account Pay or any other.
• Order shipping may managed by StoreCity.in Seller it self or third party shipment shipment.
• StoreCity registration / subscription charge included. Seller items hosting charges, item advertising charge (By service plan). Seller alerts & notifications (System, Email, SMS, Call Phone) charges. Account management, Account & customer care help, office rent, employee salary and all other charges.
• StoreCity.in is an online marketplace (eCommerce website). It is a service provider company which sold local or world wide web business items online and gets commission charge. It is not a financial company which handles customer account and not collects any type of money yet.
• StoreCity.in registration / subscription charges are not refundable any kind. In case of other services charge and uncompleted customer order commission charge can be managed by StoreCity.in.
• StoreCity.in most task / activities are managed / handled on the basis of electronic computer software. It is possible to its misbehavior, mistakes or some feature not working correctly problems in future. No one complaint is acceptable related to system error. We are always trying to providing correct and error less eCommerce experience to our valuable seller and customers, so please have patience while its solutions.
• In some critical condition data lost, any other system damage, force to destroy some contents, mistakenly deleted some data or expired registration content deletion like cases. StoreCity.in is not liable to recover or update such kind of user data. No one claim is acceptable related to data and contents lost permanently.
• Any legal claim or terms will be handled at Bikaner low of court.

Firm Account Terms of sell

• Item shipping & commission charge must be paid by seller in case of order delivery failed (Customer unavailability yet three attempts, order not accepted by customer (any reason), order charges are not paid by customer. or any other reason.)
• Item Shipping & commission charges will be applied at the time of proceed to Shipping.
• All order items returns must be accepted by seller at their store, and Store City will not be libel to accept any returns or item related complaints.
• Item various taxes should be added with item selling price. Store City not manages item tax separately.
• Commission charge, service tax on commission charge and courier charge are detail with our each registration charge. Item Payment Gateway charges, packing cost, item listing charge and item pickup cost will be paid by seller separately if applicable.
• Store City is not responsible for pickup Order item from seller store. Seller should be manage or charge for this service.
• Seller contact no or personal detail will not be shown at the time of customer shopping. The detail will mention with customer order invoice.
• Seller purchased item stock will get empty (not in stock) if seller not delivered purchased item to StoreCity in time and that item order is passed to other seller for selling.
• All Items would be uploaded by seller side we are not responsible for add seller items and item each detail must be filled by seller on own risk and seller is responsible for accept & full fill that condition for their customers.
• Seller must send actual product as customer order and should upload original products images to StoreCity shopping catalog list.
• Other items advertising would be displayed on seller shopping pages. StoreCity.in will not be showing the ads from same type of seller category but other ads will be displayed. i.e. if your store category is clothing then other clothing seller items ads will not be shown at your shopping web pages but shoes, jewelry, electronic, or other category ads will be shown.
• StoreCity is not promise to confirm sell seller items anywhere. It is depends on seller popularity, item sale price, discounts, offer, schemes, item listing, items advertising, item branding and item availability.
• StoreCity.in reserves the right to accept or reject your offer or schemes.

What is new firm Registration ?

Firm account is the place where you insert, update, and upload your store product catalogue online using a dynamic admin panel. Each store has unique account each time. A seller can create multiple firm accounts under a single its owner account and access all them from one place.

Required documents for firm Registration.

To create new firm account some legal documents are necessary to submit and fill correctly on Registration form that’s are described below:

• * Firm availability document (light bill, water bill, registration no, TIN no, WAT No.).
• * Official Email Address (ID) for legal communication with us or customer feedback.
• * Contact No (Mobile No) for verify your customer order and shipment.
• Firm Logo (Optional).
• Firm Image (Optional) for customer search on StoreCity.in search result.
• Profile Image (Optional).

The Company reserves the right at all times to discontinue or modify any of these Terms and Conditions and/or our Privacy Policy as we deem necessary or desirable without prior notification to you. Such changes may include, among other things, the adding of certain fees or confidentiality. It is also clearly understood that all warranties, implied or express take place between the vendors and the user. We do not endorse in anyway any advertisers/ contents of advertisers on its web pages or other communication.
